PrePaid Surprise earned two nominations in the ‘Best Long-Term Loyalty Initiative’ and ‘Best Use of Customer Analytics/Data’ categories with impressive results in historical high churn reduction and ARPU increase KPIs.

Goody’s Burger House Loyalty Program ‘All Star Club’ wins Gold Estia Award!
It gives us great pleasure to announce that our partner Goody’s Burger House has been awarded with the Gold recognition of the Estia Awards 2022 for its Loyalty Program (‘All Star Club’ – powered by Velti); in a year particularly difficult due to the pandemic, this award comes to acknowledge the efforts of all parties involved to create great customer experiences. The awards ceremony took place on the 29th of November at the Radisson Blu Park Hotel in Athens, Greece.
Estia Awards have been active for 5 years, rewarding the achievements in excellence, innovation and growth of the members of the Greek Food and Beverage Industry. The Loyalty Programs award category in particular evaluates the attractiveness engagement and popularity of the loyalty programs, and the Gold recognition is the highest in its category.

2021 Effective Mobile Marketing Awards – Finalists
We are happy to announce that Velti and T-Mobile Netherlands, following the success of the previous year, were shortlisted once again for the 2021 Effective Mobile Marketing Awards (EMMAs)!
‘T-Mobile and Velti – Daedalus Clustering’, an automated two-step optimization case study, combining Daedalus’ Velti’s AI-based CVM automation and optimization solution with Machine Learning Clustering methodology, won a nomination in the ‘Most Effective Use of Data’ category, as it managed to boost the performance of T-Mobile Netherlands CVM campaigns, utilizing data to the maximum.

Velti wins three Effective Mobile Marketing Awards
We are proud to announce that Velti and our partner T-Mobile Netherlands have received three of the 2020 Effective Mobile Marketing Awards, including the coveted 2020 Grand Prix award! The awards were announced at a virtual ceremony on 16-11-2020, where T-Mobile’s prepaid CVM program, optimized by Velti’s AI Engine, Daedalus.AI, also won the categories ‘Most Effective Use of Data’ and ‘Most Innovative Campaign’ of 2020. T-Mobile’s CVM program is an innovative campaign, specifically designed to boost revenues and increase customer value.
Launched in 2010, the Effective Mobile Marketing awards (EMMAs) are hosted by the Mobile Marketing Magazine and celebrate innovation and excellence in the mobile marketing industry, recognizing campaigns that drive business impact though the power of mobile. As the 2020 EMMA judging committee commented on T-Mobile and Velti’s entry: “Mobile operators have a wealth of data on their customers and rarely seem to use it to market to them effectively. In this respect, the winners have broken the mold with this campaign” and acknowledged that with their entry, Velti and T-Mobile have demonstrated “impressive attention to detail and AI-driven personalization, which is reflected in the results” as well as “proof of the power of segmentation and personalization”.
